Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of artificial intelligence applications on improving administrative decision-making in educational institutions, particularly schools as organizational environments that require rapid data processing and effective decision-making. The importance of the study stems from the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence technologies in administrative and educational fields and their potential role in supporting school leadership and enhancing institutional performance. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach through reviewing recent literature related to artificial intelligence, educational administration, and administrative decision-making, in addition to analyzing contemporary AI applications used in educational institutions. The findings indicated that artificial intelligence applications significantly contribute to improving the efficiency of administrative decisions by providing accurate information, accelerating data analysis, reducing human errors, and enhancing predictive capabilities. The study also found that the successful implementation of artificial intelligence in schools depends on several factors, including digital infrastructure, administrative staff training, institutional support, and ethical governance frameworks. The study recommended developing national digital transformation strategies for schools, training educational leaders in AI technologies, and strengthening digital culture within educational institutions.
