Al-Qurtas Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing original research articles, critical studies, and reviews within its specialized fields, with a strong emphasis on research quality and scholarly originality. The journal follows a rigorous editorial process conducted by its editors and Editorial Board to ensure that manuscripts are evaluated according to internationally accepted academic standards, including methodological soundness, the significance of research findings, and the relevance of the subject matter to the journal’s scope. All editorial processes are conducted in a transparent and responsible manner, and final decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are based on independent scholarly assessment, in accordance with research ethics and the principles of academic integrity.

It also complies with applicable copyright and privacy laws. Furthermore, the journal seeks to provide clear information to all parties regarding peer-review criteria, review procedures, and mechanisms for addressing post-publication errors or complaints, thereby strengthening scholarly credibility.
