Al-Qurtas Journal is an open-access journal. Therefore, no fees are charged to authors, readers, or institutions for downloading any publication from the journal’s website.

The journal applies the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence, which allows authors to retain the copyright of their research articles for non-commercial purposes. This licence also permits users to download, print, extract, reuse, archive, and distribute articles, provided that the original authors and the source of the work (i.e., the journal) are properly acknowledged.
